- A construction blueprint is needed to upgrade any building to level 10, an additional construction blueprint is also needed for each upgrade beyond level 10
- Time is base time (before technologies and other bonuses are subtracted).
- For a normal city the highest obtainable level is 10
- For a County rural buildings can reach level 12
- For a Shire rural buildings can reach level 15
- For a Prefecture rural buildings can reach level 18
- For the Capital rural buildings can reach level 20
Benefits of each Level[]
As you upgrade your iron mine it will be able to produce iron faster and have a greater storage capacity. The iron mine will also require more idol peasants to run efficiently.
